Shipping Policy

We ship PupThrive Heart Taurine to dog parents across the United States. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping methods, and tracking.
Free Shipping on Buy 3 Tubs
All Buy 3 Tubs orders qualify for free standard shipping. No promo code required — discount applies automatically at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
PupThrive currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
- Standard orders: Processed within 24 hours of placement during business days (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend & holiday orders: Processed the next business day
- Subscribe & Save renewals: Processed on the renewal date and shipped within 24 hours
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.95 flat rate, or FREE with Buy 3 Tubs
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.95 flat rate
- Priority Shipping (1–2 business days): $14.95 flat rate
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@pupthrive.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PupThrive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve the issue:
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We'll help you file a carrier claim and may replace your order at our discretion.
- For undelivered packages where the carrier confirms loss in transit, we will replace your order at no cost.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PupThrive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error within 1 hour of placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update the address before shipment.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
Damaged Shipments
If your PupThrive arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pupthrive.com with photos of the packaging and product. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
